Fujian LNG station, the project by the wharf engineering, terminal and trunkline project of three parts, including receiving station project is located in putian city mai state bay north shore of the xiuyu port area.
In April 2004 the former state environmental protection administration on the fujian LNG station project environmental impact report reply review opinions "(ring on  no. 147) approved the environmental impact report of the project.Original eia approval of fujian LNG station project phase ii construction, one phase of the project including the first phase of the wharf engineering, gas transmission trunk line, and a terminal phase of the project (including two 160000 m3 LNG storage tanks, design processing capacity of 2.6 million tons/year, supporting the construction of relevant auxiliary facilities);The second phase includes terminal phase ii project and trunkline phase ii project.The first phase of construction began in April 2005, put into operation in April 2008, April 2012 the ministry of fujian LNG station project (first phase) of the opinions of the acceptance of the environmental protection "(ring test  no. 94) approved the first phase of the project completion acceptance of environmental protection.
Because the original eia approval trunkline project construction, the acceptance of the second phase includes only the terminal phase ii project.The first phase of the project is located in the terminal already within the scope of land expropriation, construction content includes 3 new tank, two tanker loading and three well-catalogued carburetor transport system (ORV) thereof, utilities, environmental protection engineering and ancillary works are based on a phase of the project.Project construction began in March 2009, in February 2015 for completion.
According to the Beijing ZhongZi hua yu environmental protection technology co., LTD., prepare the acceptance survey report, compared with the eia stage, project the main changes are: trunkline project no longer construction;LNG throughput tons/hour change from 1000 to 637 tons/hour.Well-catalogued carburetor (ORV) by 4 units of 200 tons/hour and 1 140 tons/hour change for 3 sets of 195 tons/hour (no longer distinguish between high and low pressure);Gas sent out by high pressure low 154 tons and 713 tons/hour/hour change for 585 tons/hour (no longer distinguish between high and low pressure).According to the acceptance survey analysis, the project did not constitute a significant changes.
